Pure Maple Cream

This wonderfully tasteful spread is great on toast, English muffins, bagels and pancakes, as frosting — or just straight from the jar. Maple Cream combines the wonderful taste of maple with the consistency of a buttery topping. It’s sometimes called Maple Butter — or “one of the best-tasting things on Earth.” It’s still Pure Maple Syrup, but delivered in a way that will blow your socks off.

Maple Cream is made by boiling Pure Maple Syrup, then cooling it, then stirring like mad until the sugar crystallizes into a spread. It has a consistency similar to peanut butter. It takes about a gallon of syrup to make six pounds of Pure Maple Cream. It’s hard work, but totally worth it. Even better, we’ll do the work so you can do the eating.
